Context: me: finds specbio/animal game called “Creatures of Sonaria” and downloads Roblox *specifically* to play it. me: plays with wife for a day or so and has a nice time me: opens the chat today and sees someone, probably a small kid, tooting their horn about being a homophobe and how the desert area in the game is “no LGBTQ allowed”. me: puts “lol the desert is for all LGBTQ folks now” and p much just goes back to business. I don’t really use the chat in there. kid(?): gets my account deleted for harassment a few minutes later. me: :) …….. Customer support is getting an earful for this one.

UPDATE: Nothing has happened except for one email that told me they’d forward my concerns to the correct department. That email was from uhhhhhhh March 1st! It’s been a week now (it’s the 7th today).
I messaged them again and said I’d appreciate a reply, but if that doesn’t work I plan to find higher priority channels to contact the staff through.
If it’s this easy for things to go wrong, I’m debating whether or not I’ll use Roblox again or recommend it to anyone. Either that or I’ll just have to 100% forgo using any messaging clients within it. Ain’t to great for something that hosts MMOs!
So I have a huuuge buildup of art for a very specific sonic AU of mine… The premise is based on the Shadow and Metal Sonic story mode of Sonic Rivals 2: In that series of events, Metal Sonic 3.0 is possessed by the final boss of the game, a fire spirit(??) called the Ifrit, as part of the boss battle sequence.
You never see Metal 3.0 after that fight, or in any cutscenes afterwards. so, I filled in the gaps for fun and made an AU scenario where, after its defeat, the ifrit stows away inside 3.0 in order to slowly recover: Creating an uneasy and unstable union of machine mind and inscrutable otherworldly consciousness that SORT of rolls together into one being.. Sometimes.
Other times it’s a clash of ‘let me melt and mould your metal frame into cool weaponry and terrifying shapes for our self defence’ versus 'oh god how am I still thinking when my cpu is metallic soup you’re going to put me back how you found me afterwards right? right?’

Going to the local pet store and buying more aquatic plants!! I have a new anubias species for the anubias collection, because they’re the only thing decently resistant to Goldfish Hunger tm.
Nice staff there giving us some free java ferns in various states of gnarled dryness because they were gonna be thrown out and we offered to tend to them.
????Rescuing an old lady who had fallen down??? it was fairly awkward bc she was obviously feeling mega embarrassed abt the whole thing, but we got her back to her apartment and I met her cat!! It was a huge black furball with white whiskers.
